Installation

Step 1 : Locate the ABS mode select coupler (photo).

Step 2 : Remove the dust cap and connect the Smartmoto ABS Dealer Mode switch connector.

Step 3 : Install the waterproof installation kit on the switch body.

Step 4 : Find a suitable place on the motorcycle to secure the switch or install it through a 6mm hole on a panel using the switch rubber boot to secure it.

DMT-005 ABS DTC Readout

Step 1 : Turn the ABS Dealer Mode Switch ON.

Step 2 : Turn the ignition switch on.

Step 3 : The ABS indicator light starts flashing to indicate the DTC.

DMT-005 ABS Current DTC

After repairing the trouble.
Step 1 : Turn the ABS Dealer Mode Switch ON.
Step 2 : Turn the ignition switch ON.
Step 3 : When the ABS indicator light turns on and off repeatedly at 3.6 sec intervals, current DTC has been erased.

DMT-005 ABS Past DTC

Step 1 : Turn the ABS Dealer Mode Switch ON.

Step 2 : Turn the ignition switch ON.

Step 3 : Turn the ABS Dealer Mode Switch OFF then ON again for more than 1 sec. Repeat this operation 3 or more times. When the ABS indicator light turns on and off repeatedly at 3.6 sec intervals, the past DTC is cleared.
