Product Returns
Product returns that are defective on delivery (DOA)
The return of products that are defective on delivery (DOA) will be accepted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery to the customer.
The product you return to SmartMoto Electronics must be in perfect condition, complete and undamaged or just as it was upon receipt if it was defective and have all the original documents that accompanied the product (proof or invoice).
The defective product is returned after you have received approval after consulting with SmartMoto Electronics. Once you have received our approval, pack it in a larger box, along with its original packaging, so that it is better protected when shipped. After checking and confirming the defect, we will replace or credit the money we paid after consultation between us and the customer.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Shop has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and unilaterally and unconditionally made in total or partial set-off of this claim against the customer.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel an order and return a product within 14 calendar days of the date you receive it.

In this case, you are refunded within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item at our store.
Product returns due to order execution error
In the event that we have made a mistake when executing your order, we will inform you by phone or email and we will take immediate care to resolve the problem. In this case, the shipping costs for the return, as well as those for the replacement, shall be borne by SmartMoto Electronics.
