SmartMoto Electronics does not guarantee the absence of typographical, numerical or image errors that may occur on the website, nor does it guarantee that all products will always be fully represented or described.
SmartMoto Electronics shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the website or the information contained therein.

Warranty
All products are covered by a 24-month warranty.
In case of a product failure within the warranty period, the customer must first contact SmartMoto Electronics in writing (via email) in order to receive instructions regarding the return procedure.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- rough handling
- improper installation or use
- incorrect electrical connection
- use with incorrect voltage
- exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity or weather conditions
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Shipping
Certain international orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.
When an order is shipped under DDP terms, all applicable customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are included in the purchase price and prepaid by SmartMoto Electronics.
Customers receiving orders shipped under DDP terms will not be required to pay any additional customs charges upon delivery.
DDP availability depends on the destination country and the applicable customer group. The list of countries eligible for DDP shipping may change from time to time and is published on the Delivery & Payment page of the website.
Business Customers (B2B)
For business customers (B2B), the applicable Incoterms are determined according to the individual commercial agreement between SmartMoto Electronics and the customer.
Any Incoterm specified in a separate agreement, contract or dealer arrangement shall prevail over the standard shipping terms described on this website.
Business customers are advised to refer to their specific agreement with SmartMoto Electronics regarding shipping responsibilities, duties and taxes.
Product Returns
Products defective on delivery (DOA)
Products that are defective upon delivery (Dead on Arrival – DOA) may be returned within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.
The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, including its original packaging and all accompanying documents (receipt or invoice).
Returns must be made only after prior approval from SmartMoto Electronics. Once approval has been granted, the product should be carefully packed in an additional protective box together with its original packaging.
After inspection and confirmation of the defect, SmartMoto Electronics will either replace the product or issue a refund following consultation with the customer.
If returned products are damaged or incomplete, SmartMoto Electronics reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined according to the condition of the returned product.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to cancel an order and return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The returned product must be:
- unused
- in excellent condition
- complete with its original packaging
- accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
The return must be made only after contacting SmartMoto Electronics and receiving approval.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 48 hours.
Duties and Taxes on Returned Orders (DDP)
For orders delivered under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, customs duties and import taxes are paid by SmartMoto Electronics to third-party authorities on behalf of the customer.
In the event of a return or cancellation after shipment, duties and import taxes are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed to the customer.
Refunds apply only to the product value, excluding duties, import taxes and shipping costs where applicable.
Product Returns Due to Order Execution Error
If an error occurs during the execution of your order, SmartMoto Electronics will notify you by phone or email and will immediately arrange for the issue to be resolved.
In such cases, the shipping costs for returning the product and sending the replacement will be covered by SmartMoto Electronics.
