INSTALLATION SmartMoto AIS SAS VALVE ELIMINATOR

Parts:

1 x SAS valve eliminator   

     


1 x Rubber cap     

The idea of the whole procedure is to bypass the electronic SAS valve of the motorcycle by replacing it with the provided SAS valve eliminator and to plug the airbox hole of the SAS system with the provided rubber cap.

This kit will only bypass the SAS valve, to completely remove the SAS system find the complete kit in our eBay shop.

Please read the steps carefully before starting the installation and note that the ignition must be turned OFF during the whole procedure

STEP 1: Remove the side panels and seat and lift and support the fuel tank.

STEP 2: Locate the SAS valve at the rear of the airbox.

Follow the wires from the SAS valve to the wiring harness and disconnect it by lifting the plastic clip of the male connector.

Connect the provided SAS valve eliminator to the male connector.

STEP 3: Unplug the SAS hose from the airbox and keep the retainer piece.

STEP 4: Plug the airbox hole with the provided rubber cap and secure it by using the retainer piece from the SAS hose.

STEP 5: The SAS hoses are running along the airbox and frame to the cylinder heads, unplug them and the SAS valve can be removed from the motorcycle completely.

You have bypassed the SAS valve!
