INSTALLATION SAS Block Off Plate KTM / Husqvarna single cyl

Step 1 : Remove the fuel tank according to the owner’s manual. Locate The PAIR valve (1) and the cover (16).

Step 2 : Follow the pipe (6) that goes from the PAIR valve (1) to the cover (16) and the pipe that goes to the air box (5) and unplug them. Seal the air box nipple with the provided rubber cap.

Step 3 : Remove the PAIR valve (1), the pipes (6)(5) and their associated hardware (2)(3)(4)(8) from the motorcycle.

Step 4 : Remove the cover (16) and its bolts.

Step 5 : Place the block off plate over the valve reeds, use the stock bolts to install the plate and tighten each bolt to 10NM of torque.
