INSTALLATION PAIR Valve Removal kit Kawasaki KLR 650

Step 1 : Remove the fuel tank according to the owner’s manual. Locate The PAIR valve (2).

Step 2 : Follow the pipes (3) that go from the PAIR valve (2) to the cover, the frame and the throttle body vacuum and unplug them. Seal the frame with the provided large cap and fasten it with the stock clamp (5). Seal the vacuum nipple with the provided small cap and fasten it with the stock clamp (6).

Step 3 : Remove the PAIR valve (2), the pipes (3) and their associated hardware (4) from the motorcycle.

Step 4 : Replace the cover (1) with the provided block off plate, use the stock bolt (6) to install the plate and tighten it to 10NM of torque.
