INSTALLATION PAIR Valve Removal kit BMW K1300 K1200

Step 1 : Remove the fuel tank according to the owner’s manual. Locate The PAIR valve (9).

Step 2 : Unplug the pipe (11) from the PAIR valve (9).

Step 3 : Seal the PAIR valve (9) with the provided rubber cap found inside the kit.

Step 4 : Follow the pipes (11,2,1) that go from the PAIR valve (9) to the covers (5,5,6). Unscrew the bolts (7,4) then remove the covers (5,5,6), the pipes (11,2,1) and their associated hardware.

Step 5 : Place the block off plates over the valve reeds (8), use the provided stainless steel bolts and washers to install the plates and tighten each bolt to 10NM of torque, don’t forget to use thread locker.
