INSTALLATION PAIR VALVE ELIMINATOR KIT Kawasaki KLR 650

Step 1 : Remove the fuel tank according to the owner’s manual. Locate The PAIR valve (1).

Step 2 : Follow the pipe (2) that goes from the PAIR valve (1) to the air filter and unplug it. Seal the airbox with the provided cap and fasten it with the stock clamp (3).

Step 3 : Follow the pipe that goes from the PAIR valve (1) to the cover (4). Remove the PAIR valve (1), the pipes (2), the cover (4) and their associated hardware (5) from the motorcycle.

Step 4 : Replace the 2^nd air pipe (6) with the provided block off plate, install the stock O-ring (7) on the provided block off plate and use the stock bolt (8) to install the plate and tighten it to 10NM of torque.
