INSTALLATION CoolAIR AD Radiator Fan Switch RFS-011 Kawasaki

Step 1 : Locate the radiator fan relay.

ZX-10R : Remove the fuel tank, it is found under the rubber cover.

KLR 650 : Under the seat. Relay (C).

KLX 300 : Under the seat. Relay (A).

Brute Force 750 : Behind the front fender. Relay (C).

Step 2 : Disconnect the radiator fan relay connector and connect the switch connectors, the female connector of the switch to the radiator fan relay and the male connector of the switch to the wiring harness connector.

Step 3 : Install the ring connector to a bolt on the frame.

Step 4 : Find a suitable place on the motorcycle to secure the switch or install it through a 6mm hole on a panel using the switch rubber boot to secure it.
