INSTALLATION CoolAIR AD Radiator Fan Switch Aprilia RFS-010

Step 1 : Locate the radiator fan relay.

- RSV4 1100 2019-2020, RSV4 1000 2009-2020, Tuono V4 1100 2015-2020, Tuono V4 1000 2011-2014. 

Behind the steering headstock, on the right. (5).



- RSV 1000 R 2004-2010.

Under the RH cover, next to the fusebox.


- Shiver 750 2007-2016, Dorsoduro 750 2008-2016

Under the fuel tank, left side, first front relay (1).


- Shiver 900 2017-2020, Dorsoduro 900 2017-2020

On the left hand side of the filter box (5).


- MANA 850 2007-2016. Under the helmet compartment, right side.


Step 2 : Disconnect the radiator fan relay connector.


Step 3 : Connect the switch connectors, the female connector of the switch to the radiator fan relay and the male connector form the switch to the wiring harness connector.


Step 4 : Install the ring connector of the coolair switch to a suitable bolt on the frame.


Step 5 : Find a suitable place on the motorcycle to secure the swith or install it through a 6mm hole on a panel using the switch rubber boot to secure it.
