INSTALLATION CoolAIR AD Radiator Fan Switch Aprilia RFS-006

Step 1 : Locate the radiator fan relay.

- RSV4 1100 Euro 5 2021-2025, Tuono V4 1100 Euro 5 2021-2025. 

Behind the steering headstock, in the middle.

- RSV 1000 R 2004-2010, Tuono 1000 R 2006-2011

Under the RH cover, next to the fusebox.

- RS 660 2020-2025, Tuono 660 2021-2025

Under the saddle (2). Relay cable colours: Brown, Red/Brown, Orange/Blue, Yellow/Black

- Tuareg 660 2021-2025

Under the Rear Right side Fairing. Relay cable colours : Brown, Red/White, Yellow/Black, Red/Brown.

- RS 457 2024-2025, Tuono 457 2024-2025
Under the right side panel (8).

Step 2 : Disconnect the radiator fan relay connector.

Step 3 : Connect the switch connectors, the female connector of the switch to the radiator fan relay and the male connector form the switch to the wiring harness connector.

Step 4 : Install the ring connector of the CoolAIR switch to a suitable bolt on the frame.

Step 5 : Find a suitable place on the motorcycle to secure the switch or install it through a 6mm hole on a panel using the switch rubber boot to secure it.
