INSTALLATION CoolAIR AD manual radiator fan switch Suzuki

Step 1 : Locate the radiator fan relay. On most Suzuki motorcycles it is found under the front left panel or under the rider seat.

Step 2 : Disconnect the radiator fan relay connector.

Step 3 : Connect the switch connectors, the female connector of the switch to the radiator fan relay and the male connector form the switch to the wiring harness connector.

Step 4 : Install the ring connector of the coolair switch to a suitable bolt on the frame.

Step 5 : Find a suitable place on the motorcycle to secure the swith or install it through a 6mm hole on a panel using the switch rubber boot to secure it.
