INSTALLATION AIS VALVE REMOVAL KIT DUCATI PLE-128

Step 1 : Remove the fuel tank according to the owner’s manual. Locate The solenoid valve (6) and the covers on the cylinder head covers.

Step 2 : Disconnect the solenoid valve (6) from the wiring harness and connect the electronic eliminator in its place.

Step 3 : Follow the pipes (4)(7) that go from the solenoid valve (6) to the covers and unplug them. Remove the solenoid valve (6) from the airbox and seal the airbox with the provided plastic cap.

Step 4 : Remove the pipes (4)(7) and their associated hardware from the motorcycle.

Step 5 : Remove the covers and their bolts.

Step 6 : Place the block off plates over the valve reeds, use the provided stainless steel bolts and washers to install the plates and tighten each bolt to 10Nm of torque, don’t forget to use thread locker.
