EVAP System Removal kit Installation PVE-032 Kawasaki

Step 1 : Remove the fuel tank according to the owner’s manual. Locate The EVAP valve (10), the pipes (7)(9)(11)(16)(14) and the EVAP system canister (4).

Step 2 : Disconnect the EVAP valve (10) from the wiring harness. Remove the white plastic from the female connector with a small screw driver as shown in the pictures bellow.

Step 3 : Connect the EVAP Valve Eliminator in its place.

Step 4 : Follow the pipes that go from the EVAP valve (10) to the cylinders and disconnect them.

Step 5 : Seal the nipples with the provided rubber caps.

Step 6 : Remove the EVAP valve (10), the pipes and their associated hardware and the canister (4) from the motorcycle.

Step 7 : Reroute the pipe (7) from the fuel tank to the ground or to a catch can.
